IMPORTANT:
Anyone attending ANY scouting activity MUST fill out the medical forms (click here) for EACH person and submit a copy of your insurance card. Activities included are campouts, monthly pack meetings, den meetings, service activities, etc. If you show up to ANY event, you have to fill out these forms. That includes scouts, siblings, parents, grandparents, etc. Submitted with the form should also be a front and back copy of your insurance card. Please be sure to fill those out and hand them to your den leaders or bring them with you this weekend. We MUST have these on file for you to attend the campout.

The committee asks that each family please bring one bundle of wood to the campout so we have plenty to burn for the weekend. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on Saturdays, we will need parent's help with cooking all meals. This is assigned by dens on Friday evening. There will be a range of fun activities throughout the day that will be den specific. After dinner, all parents are asked to pitch in with clean up and break down of equipment for ease of check out on Sunday. After cleaning up, there will be our campfire program, which includes s'mores, skits, songs, etc.
Sunday morning, breakfast is grab and go. We are responsible for cleaning the camp and need all families' assistance so each of us can leave by checkout at 10am.
